Exactness not guaranteed: NS Store hereby disclaims and guarantee of exactness as to the finish, appearance, size, color, etc. of the final product as ordered by the user.
Pricing and availability: We try and ensure that all the details, descriptions and prices which appear on this website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price or non-availability of any item which you have ordered, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price, modifying your order or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund. Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the total cost.
Electronic communication: When you visit the Site or send any emails to us, you will be communicating electronically with us. By such electronic communication you agree to receive such communications from us electronically. Return and refund policy:
Returns: You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you receive it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in original packing. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your credit card issuer’s policies.
Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Order Processing Time
All orders placed before 12 PM Monday to Friday are processed and dispatched the same day, all orders placed after will be dispatched the next day. All orders placed during the weekend or on a public holiday will be sent from our warehouse on Monday or on the next business day.
Delivery Address
Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.
